RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges at this time.

If you happen to receive an incorrect or faulty item that was made on our behalf, please contact us within the first 24-48 hours upon the delivery of your order and we will kindly process a replacement for you. Failure to contact us within the first 24-48 hours will cancel the replacement of your order. Please note that any damages made during shipping does not apply and will have to directly be taken up with the shipping courier.

Changes to orders are possible (i.e size,color,) but aren't guaranteed being that we prepare and ship orders very shortly after they're placed.
